The KTM Connectivity Unit is an electronic module from the PowerParts range that enables the KTM MY RIDE function, designed for those who want to integrate their smartphone with their motorcycle's electronics without relying on additional external accessories.
It is a control unit installed on the motorcycle that, once fitted, needs to be activated with the XC2 tool to become operational. Via Bluetooth it connects the mobile phone to the ECU, allowing incoming calls and the audio player to be managed from the motorcycle's controls, with all the information displayed on the digital instrument cluster screen. Operation is carried out using the menu switch located on the handlebar, without needing to take your hands off the grips.
The photo shows the control unit in its compact black plastic housing, with the corresponding connector for installation into the motorcycle's wiring.
Once activated, it allows calls to be answered or rejected and music playback to be controlled by checking that information on the instrument cluster itself, managing everything from the handlebar control without taking your eyes off the road.
