The KTM Hill Hold Control (HHC) is an electronic function from the PowerParts range that prevents the motorcycle from accidentally rolling backward when stopped on a slope, designed to make maneuvers easier on steep inclines with a loaded bike or when stopped at traffic lights.
The activation is managed through the authorization code generator of the XC2 tool. The system automatically detects whether the motorcycle is on a slope and at a standstill, and in that case keeps the brakes applied automatically until the rider sets off again, without needing to hold the brake lever by hand.
The photo corresponds to the official graphic representation from KTM PowerParts associated with this activation, in the brand's characteristic orange and black colors.
In daily use, this function adds safety and convenience when setting off on a slope, freeing the rider from having to keep the brake applied while releasing the clutch and opening the throttle, preventing the motorcycle from rolling back unintentionally.
