The front sensor wheel is the braking system element responsible for providing the rotational speed signal on the front wheel, a PowerParts reference aimed at those carrying out maintenance on the motorcycle's braking system.
It consists of a metal ring with perimeter toothing that is fitted onto the front wheel hub and read by the corresponding sensor to calculate angular speed. As a genuine KTM part, it respects the diameter and number of teeth specified by the manufacturer for that position, guaranteeing an exact fit with the sensor.
The photograph shows a dark metallic-toned ring, circular in shape and of reduced thickness, with the toothing cut uniformly along the entire edge, a finish typical of a machined part designed for direct installation.
Its function within the front wheel assembly is to provide the system with the rotation signal needed for the speed sensor to work accurately.
