This KTM fan is the component responsible for forcing air through the radiator when natural airflow is not enough to keep engine temperature under control, especially when stationary, in heavy traffic or at low revs.
The assembly integrates an electric motor that drives a multi-blade impeller, all made of heat-resistant plastic suited to the radiator environment, with a power cable coming directly out of the motor housing to connect to the bike's electrical system. The part holds HOMNN_EU European approval.

In operation, this fan activates to generate additional airflow over the radiator, helping to keep the coolant temperature within the proper range in situations where the airflow from riding is not sufficient.
