This NHK valve spring is an engine replacement part, intended for anyone carrying out maintenance or tuning of the cylinder head in a workshop or on their own. Within the KTM PowerParts range, it is part of the valve train's internal components, responsible for returning the valve to its closed position after each opening by the camshaft.
It is a spring manufactured by NHK, a firm specialising in this type of component for demanding engine applications. Its construction follows the helical winding typical of valve springs, with a coil pitch calculated to withstand the engine's operating speed and working frequency without losing its return capacity.
