This FMF spark arrestor insert is a replacement part for the exhaust system, intended for those who need to replace the internal piece that retains sparks at the silencer outlet.
It is a metal insert, cylindrical in shape, with a perforated screen or mesh inside that acts as a physical barrier against the incandescent particles the exhaust can expel while the engine is running. It fits into the end section of the silencer, slotting into its outlet.
