This exhaust header from the Evolution Line comes from the collaboration between the KTM racing department and Akrapovic, and is designed for those seeking the same level of equipment used by the official factory team.

It is built in titanium, which allows for a notable weight reduction compared to a conventional header without giving up the strength required in the exhaust section. It carries CCCUO_EU approval and is directly inspired by the material used by Factory Racing, with a duct geometry designed to improve engine response across the entire rev range.

The photo shows several curved tube sections converging into a common header, with the matte finish and muted golden tone characteristic of titanium, fine, visible weld seams at each joint, and mounting flanges at the fitting ends.

Replacing the original header, this part reduces the weight of the exhaust assembly and delivers a more direct power delivery across the entire rev range, thanks to the optimised design of its ducts.
