This KTM silent block is a damping component fitted between two metal points on the chassis or engine to filter out vibrations, part of the PowerParts spare parts range.
It consists of a rubber body vulcanised between two metal bushings, one inner and one outer, which allow it to be fixed in place with fasteners while the rubber absorbs the relative movement and vibrations between both parts. The rubber compound is designed to retain its elasticity despite continuous exposure to oil and heat typical of the engine environment.

With use, this silent block reduces the transmission of vibrations to the chassis, contributing to smoother overall operation and helping preserve the condition of the components it connects.
