This 169 mm long spoke with M5 thread belongs to the PowerParts range of spares for motorcycle wheel spoking, designed to replace a damaged spoke without needing to rebuild the entire wheel.
It is made of steel, with M5 thread on one end to house the nipple that tensions the spoking and a curved head on the opposite end that seats on the hub. At 169 mm in length, it is one of the shortest measurements within the KTM spoke family, intended for spoking positions where the distance between hub and rim is smaller.

As part of the spoke set, its function is to keep the spoking tensioned and transmit load between the hub and the rim, providing the rigidity needed for wheel use.
