This damping material kit from the PowerParts range is used to renew the bike's original heat protection in areas where heat from the engine or exhaust could affect nearby components such as wiring, plastics or seat upholstery.
The kit includes insulating pieces cut to the exact shape of the location where they are installed, replicating KTM's original design so that fitting is done by direct replacement, with no need to cut or adapt the material.
The photograph shows gray sheets with a texture similar to technical felt, flexible and with die-cut edges following an irregular contour typical of a part designed for a specific area of the bike, rather than a generic material.
