This closing cap is a small component from KTM's PowerParts range used to close off and protect the footpeg mounting point on the bike's frame.
Made from durable plastic with a matte black finish, its compact shape fits into the housing of the footpeg pin or shaft, keeping dirt and water out of the pivot area.
The photo shows a small rounded piece with a central relief and smooth edges that allow it to snap easily into place on the footpeg bracket.
Once fitted, it keeps the footpeg assembly clean, shields the internal mechanism from dust and everyday grime, and preserves the bike's original finish.
