This KTM engine guard is designed for riders who tackle the toughest offroad terrain, covering the lower part of the chassis against rock impacts and constant scraping without adding weight to the bike.
The piece is made from special high-strength plastic, using a two-component injection moulding process that combines zones of different hardness within a single structure, achieving strength and stability while keeping weight in check. Its geometry is engineered to fit precisely onto the chassis, from which it is held apart by rubber mounts that damp vibrations and absorb part of the impacts before they reach the bike's structure. It mounts directly onto the chassis, with no complex auxiliary parts.
