This FMF Megabomb header for KTM replaces the original exhaust header on enduro and motocross models, designed for riders looking to extract more performance from the stock engine without modifying the rest of the system. It belongs to the PowerParts range and is fitted as an individual part, to be combined with the corresponding silencer.
It is made entirely from high-quality titanium, with a header line designed and tuned specifically to match the stock engine of each model. It features an internal resonance chamber that delivers engine torque more evenly across the rev range and helps reduce noise levels. The unit carries CCCUO_EU approval and comes with a specific mapping to adjust the engine management to the new exhaust configuration. It is a part used by factory racing teams.
The photo shows the pipe curved through several sections, with the characteristic matte grey tone of titanium and the iridescent reflections typical of the welded areas, where the heat from the manufacturing process creates slight bluish and golden hues. The exterior finish is clean, unpainted, leaving the material exposed.
Fitted to the bike, it delivers a more direct throttle response and a noticeable increase in power and torque across the entire rev range compared to the stock header.
