The Akrapovic KTM Evolution Line Exhaust is a complete high-performance exhaust system, designed for motocross riders looking to cut weight and gain power without giving up the reliability of an approved setup. It completely replaces the stock header and silencer with a system designed specifically for the engine.

It is built entirely from high-quality titanium, which allows a weight saving of 23.8% compared to the stock exhaust, equivalent to 0.9 kg less on the bike. The header line is optimally tuned to the engine, promoting a better usable rev range and more consistent power delivery. The system complies with current AMA noise regulations and carries CCCUO_EU approval.

The photo shows the characteristic metallic finish of titanium, with the header featuring pronounced bends and the cylindrical silencer body, with a smooth surface and grayish reflections. The welds and joints between sections are visible, showing careful construction in every detail.
