The Akrapovic Racing Line exhaust is a high-performance complete exhaust system, designed for riders seeking maximum track performance or demanding sport use, within KTM's range of competition exhausts. It is part of the Racing Line developed together with the Factory Racing team.
The header is made from stainless steel, with a line optimally matched to the stock engine to make the most of exhaust gas flow. The outer body of the muffler is made from high-quality titanium, reducing the weight of the assembly compared to an all-steel exhaust. The complete system meets current FIM and AMA noise regulations, and features the Factory Racing team's own design.
In the photo, the cylindrical muffler body in titanium with a satin finish is visible, along with the stainless steel header in its characteristic silver tone, and the fittings and clamps used for assembly. The assembly keeps clean lines and a straight-cut outlet, in keeping with the brand's competition styling.
In use, this exhaust delivers more torque and more power, with a wider usable rev range and a more balanced engine braking. Power delivery is more progressive, with more precise throttle response and a fuller sound, plus smoother engine running that translates into better grip and overall handling.
