The Akrapovic Evolution Line exhaust is a high-performance complete exhaust system, aimed at riders seeking maximum performance in sport use, within KTM's range of competition exhausts.
The assembly, header and muffler, is made entirely from high-quality titanium, with the header line designed to optimally match the stock engine. This titanium construction brings a notable weight saving compared to the original exhaust, and the system meets current FIM and AMA noise regulations, featuring the Factory Racing team's own design.
In the photo, the satin metallic finish characteristic of titanium can be seen throughout the assembly, the header curves following the engine's layout, and the cylindrical muffler body with its clean straight-cut outlet, with no coatings hiding the base material.
Fitted to the bike, it translates into more torque and more power, with a wider usable rev range and a more balanced engine braking. Throttle response is more precise, with a direct feel, a fuller sound, and smoother engine running that favours grip.
