The KTM Touratech top case is an aluminium topcase designed for those who need to carry luggage securely and watertight on long journeys or off-road routes, part of the PowerParts range of cases and top cases. With a capacity of 38 l and HOMNN_EU approval, it joins the brand's rigid luggage system.
Its body is built from 1.5 mm thick aluminium, anodized in black both inside and out to protect the surface against wear. The corners feature glass-fibre reinforced plastic elements that absorb impacts, and the whole unit is completely watertight and rigid, designed for demanding use. Closing and mounting are handled by a single lever on the outside, and it has a built-in handle for carrying. Its dimensions are 315 x 400 x 300 mm and its total weight is 5 kg.
The photograph shows the matte black anodized finish, with a uniform texture, the closing lever visible on the side and the reinforced corners in a tone and material that differ from the rest of the body.
To lock the lid with a key, a lock cylinder must be ordered separately (1 unit required), while the closing hooks are already included as standard, so the top case is ready to be mounted and locked within seconds.
