This KTM spoke nipple M4.5x0.75 is the adjusting nut that goes with the wheel's spokes, used to tension and center the rim whenever a spoke is replaced or the spoke assembly is adjusted.
As its name indicates, it features an M4.5x0.75 thread that matches the threaded end of the corresponding spoke, allowing it to be screwed in progressively to adjust the tension of each spoke individually.
