The 21.0mm adjustable one-ear clamp is a fastening component within KTM's PowerParts spares range, used to secure coolant, fuel or oil hoses onto their corresponding fitting. It is a commonly replaced part when fitting new hoses or servicing the cooling circuit.
It features a closed-band design with a single ear, which is closed under pressure using the specific tool, achieving a uniform and consistent clamping force around the hose without the loosening risk typical of screw-type clamps. Its 21.0mm diameter corresponds to the closed size of the band.
The photo shows a circular metal clamp with a silver finish and the characteristic protruding ear that allows it to be closed with the specific tool.
This type of clamp provides a firm, long-lasting grip on the hose over the fitting, reducing the risk of leaks caused by vibration over time.
