This race repack kit, part of the KTM PowerParts range, is the spare part designed to renew the internal packing of the exhaust silencer after intensive track or competition use, once the original absorbent material has lost its effectiveness.
The kit consists of the packing material intended to replace the silencer's internal packing, returning it to its original configuration after removing the outer body and taking out the remains of the used material.
The photo shows the repacking material in its kit packaging, with a fibrous texture and light color characteristic of this type of packing used inside exhaust silencers.
Renewing this packing with the race repack kit restores the silencer's intended acoustic and operating performance, a routine maintenance task on bikes used for sport or competition riding.
