The crankshaft bearing retaining plate is a genuine KTM spare part, designed for anyone disassembling and reassembling the engine in the workshop. Within the PowerParts spares range, this retaining plate performs a simple but necessary function: keeping the crankshaft bearing fixed in its seat inside the crankcase.
It is a flat, low-profile metal component with a matte silver-toned finish, designed to fit snugly against the crankcase surface and stay secured with the corresponding screw, without interfering with the rest of the internal engine components.
The photo shows a small plate with an irregular shape adapted to the bearing's contour, with a central hole for the screw and the rounded edges typical of a machined part.
Once fitted in position, this plate prevents axial movement of the bearing and helps the crankshaft maintain its alignment during engine operation, so it should be checked or replaced whenever this area is serviced.

La entrega de motos se coordina directamente con el comercial durante la compra.
