The KTM pin cover mechanism is a locking component intended for those who need to replace the opening system of an original cap on the bike, such as the fuel tank cap or a bodywork compartment cap. It allows the internal part responsible for locking and releasing the cap via the ignition key to be replaced.
It is a small metal mechanism, consisting of a cylindrical body with the coding pins that match the profile of the original key, along with the spring and retaining elements needed for it to work.
The photograph shows a silver-coloured metal part, with a machined central cylinder and small holes housing the pins, accompanied by the auxiliary mounting components.
Replacing it restores correct opening and closing operation of the cap, recovering the original security and fit of the system.

La entrega de motos se coordina directamente con el comercial durante la compra.
