This complete cylinder with flange is a KTM PowerParts spare part aimed at those who need to replace the engine block due to wear or after a major repair, already including the intake flange fitted.
It is a piece made from lightweight alloy, with a machined body that integrates the air-cooling fins and the inner cylinder where the piston travels, along with the intake flange fixed to the assembly, ready for installation on the engine.
The photograph shows the matte silver body typical of machined alloy, with the parallel cooling fins on the outside and the dark-coloured intake flange attached to one side of the cylinder.
Being supplied complete with the flange, it allows the assembly to be fitted directly onto the crankcase without having to assemble additional intake parts.
