This hexagonal bolt with collar M6X12 is an original KTM fastening element, designed for those who need to replace or complete their bike's hardware with an exact spare part from the PowerParts range. Its reference 0025060126S allows it to be precisely identified among the various fixing bolts available for maintenance and workshop repairs.
It is a hexagon head bolt with an integrated collar, a design that combines the function of a bolt and a washer in a single piece, spreading the tightening load over a larger surface and avoiding the need for a separate washer. The thread size is M6 with a shank length of 12 mm, a common size at fastening points on fairings, brackets and mechanical components with lower structural demands.
The photograph shows the typical silver metallic finish of this type of hardware, with a well-defined hexagon head for use with a wrench or socket, and the collar forming a circular rim at the base of the head that sits directly on the mounting surface. The threaded shank appears straight and uniform, with no additional visible marks or engravings.
Thanks to its integrated collar, it allows for single-step fitting and offers a more even pressure distribution than a conventional bolt without a washer, making it practical for workshop tasks that call for speed and precision in tightening torque on smaller components.
