The KTM windshield mounting kit brings together the elements needed to fit a windshield on the bike, part of the PowerParts accessory range dedicated to wind protection. It corresponds to reference A62408908188.
The set includes hardware and brackets to secure the windshield to the fairing or instrument mount, combining metal parts with plastic elements that dampen vibration between the windshield and the chassis.
The photograph shows several small parts: screws, washers and black plastic brackets, together with metal elements with a zinc-plated finish, all designed to remain hidden once fitted.
Thanks to this kit it is possible to fit or replace the windshield without resorting to generic hardware, ensuring a proper fit between the part and the rest of the bodywork.
