This cylinder base gasket, with a thickness of 0.25 mm, is a spare part from the PowerParts range designed for those removing the cylinder on their KTM who need to restore the original seal between this part and the crankcase. The specific thickness marked on the reference allows precise adjustment of the cylinder mounting dimension.
It is made from a metal composite material, capable of withstanding the pressure and temperature conditions at the cylinder base without losing its sealing ability. Its cut-out profile follows the shape of the transfer ports and the fixing bolt holes, so it only fits in one position on the crankcase surface.
