This nylon washer is an original PowerParts fastener component for KTM, used to spread tightening pressure and prevent direct contact between a nut or screw and the part it is fastened to.
It is made from nylon, a plastic material that offers wear resistance, some flexibility and electrical insulation compared to metal washers, as well as not scratching or marking the surfaces it rests on.
The photo shows a flat, circular washer with a central hole for the screw to pass through, white in colour with a smooth, matte surface and no visible markings.
Fitting the original washer with reference 93009059000 prevents metal-to-metal contact at the tightening point and helps the fastening keep its tension over time.
