The KTM Factory spark plug is a high-performance ignition component designed for small-displacement engines subjected to demanding use, such as competition minibikes. Within the PowerParts range, this spark plug with reference A40039993010 is presented as a reinforced alternative to conventional spark plugs.
Its centre electrode tip is made of iridium, a material that allows a more precise spark thanks to its smaller diameter. The ground electrode has been reinforced to better withstand engine operating conditions, and the whole unit has been designed to improve ignition and power delivery. It also features a copper gasket, a material with good thermal conductivity that helps dissipate the heat generated in the combustion chamber.
