This KTM side stand removal kit brings together all the parts needed to eliminate the bike's original side stand, designed for those looking to prepare their bike for a sportier or competition use, where the side stand is not needed. It includes everything required to complete the removal without leaving loose elements.
The kit is designed to simulate the folded position of a side stand, so that the bike's electronic systems relying on that signal keep working normally once the real stand has been removed. Installation is plug & play, requiring no additional modifications to the original setup. It carries CCCUO_EU approval.
The photograph shows the metal parts that replace the side stand assembly, compact in size and shaped to occupy the same mounting point on the chassis as the original stand.
