The KTM Tech Kit is an optional software package for those looking to get the most out of their bike's electronic performance without a workshop visit. It is activated via an authorization code generated through the XC2 tool and expands the factory-available functions, adding the control that the most demanding riders need on track or on the road.
The content of the package brings together three specific functions: the TRACK PACK, QUICKSHIFTER+ for clutchless gear changes, and motor slip regulation, which lets you adjust the level of engine braking to suit your riding style. These are the same functions fitted as standard on the KTM 890 DUKE R, with the exception of cruise control. The product holds HOMNN_EU homologation.
The image shows the usual presentation for this type of PowerParts update, with KTM's corporate graphics and colors, clearly identifying the product as a software element from the brand rather than a physical part fitted to the bike.
In everyday use, this technical kit translates into a more complete riding experience: faster, more precise shifts thanks to the quickshifter, greater control of the bike in corners by being able to regulate engine braking, and the Track Pack tools for those who take their KTM to the circuit. All of this without modifying any mechanical component, simply activating functions already built into the control unit.
