The M6x10 drain bolt with magnet is a PowerParts spare part designed for engine draining and maintenance work, at the hole where the crankcase oil is drained. Its M6x10 size corresponds to a metric thread of 6 millimeters in diameter and 10 millimeters of shank length, designed to fit precisely into the housing without protruding excessively.
It is made of metal, with a hexagonal head to make tightening and loosening with a wrench easier, and has a small magnet built into the end of the shank that remains in direct contact with the oil while the engine is running.
