This silencer cap is part of KTM's PowerParts range and forms the final section of the exhaust system, through which gases are released after passing through the silencer. It is a replacement part for those needing to renew this component of the exhaust assembly.
It features a cylindrical body formed from sheet metal, with welded joints running along the body and a reduced-diameter outlet end. The inlet connector includes the necessary recess for securing it to the preceding exhaust section via a clamp.
In the photo, the cap shows a silver metallic finish, with the reflections typical of polished sheet metal and a slightly darker tone around the outlet, a result of the heat generated during engine operation.
As a replacement part, it allows the exhaust system's end cap to be renewed while keeping the original dimensions and layout.
