The KTM silencer cap is the final piece of the exhaust system, designed for riders looking to renew this area of the bike after wear from use, or to replace the original assembly with a factory-identical spare part. It fits as the last section of the exhaust, right where the exhaust gases exit, and is one of the most visible components of the bike's rear end.
Due to its position, this part works exposed to high temperatures and the elements, so its construction prioritizes heat resistance and finish durability against the corrosion typical of an exhaust component. As an original KTM spare part, it keeps the dimensions and mounting system of the stock part, allowing for a direct replacement without modifying the rest of the exhaust line.
The photo shows a cylindrical body with a dark finish, a smooth surface along the main section and a straight-cut outlet at the end. The assembly has a compact design, free of protruding elements, typical of a tailpipe meant to blend in with the rest of the bike's exhaust system.
As an original spare part, it restores the factory look and function of the final exhaust section when the original part shows impact marks, discoloration or visible wear, maintaining the geometry intended by KTM for this area of the bike.
