This complete cylinder with flange is a major engine component within KTM's PowerParts spares range, designed for anyone needing to replace the original cylinder due to wear, damage or an engine tune-up. The integrated flange at its base allows direct fitment to the crankcase using the corresponding screws.
It is supplied as a complete assembly, combining the working bore and the mounting flange into a single piece, with the surfaces precision-machined to maintain the internal dimensions and the piston fit specified by the manufacturer.
The photo shows a cylinder with a metallic finish and machined cooling fins on the outside, the intake, exhaust and transfer ports visible on the inner walls, and the mounting flange at its base with the corresponding screw holes.
Being a complete part, it allows for direct replacement of the cylinder-and-flange assembly, restoring the engine's original internal geometry.
