This elastomer kit in green and soft hardness belongs to the handlebar damping system and is designed for those looking for maximum vibration filtering at the grip. It is part of the PowerParts spares for adjusting the handlebar mount assembly.
The elastomer is made from a low-hardness rubber compound, identified by its green colour, and fits into the handlebar damping mount in place of the original elastomer or another hardness available within the system. Its cylindrical shape allows it to be fitted between the upper and lower shells of the mount.
The photograph shows green rubber pieces, cylindrical in shape with a smooth surface, with a less compact look than the medium or hard compounds, typical of a softer material. No markings or marks are visible on the surface of the pieces.
Being the softest elastomer in the range, fitting it favours greater absorption of the vibrations transmitted to the handlebar, resulting in a more cushioned, comfortable feel compared with the medium or hard hardness options.
