This bracket corresponds to the brake disc guard, the part responsible for securing the disc guard to the caliper or the fork leg to prevent branches, stones or the terrain itself from hitting the disc during enduro or off-road use. It is included within the brake spare parts of the PowerParts range.
It is a metal mounting part, designed to work alongside the disc guard and keep it firmly in position despite the vibrations and impacts typical of this type of riding. Its geometry allows direct mounting onto the anchor points provided on the brake caliper.
