This damping material kit belongs to the KTM PowerParts range and is used to renew the internal packing of the exhaust silencer, a routine job once the original damping material loses density after many hours of use. It is designed for riders who want to restore the original acoustic behaviour of the exhaust without replacing the entire silencer.
The set includes the absorbent material that sits around the perforated internal tube of the silencer, responsible for attenuating the sound wave generated by the exhaust gases. Over time, and due to high temperatures, this material loses its damping capacity, so periodic replacement is part of recommended maintenance.
The image shows the material in an easy-to-handle format, light in colour with a fibrous texture, ready to be fitted into the silencer casing once it has been opened up.
Using it restores part of the exhaust's original acoustic performance, preventing exhaust noise from progressively increasing as the internal damping material deteriorates.

Los envíos se realizan mediante transportista, con un plazo aproximado de 48 a 72 horas laborables para entregas nacionales. Los envíos internacionales pueden tardar entre 5 y 10 días laborables, salvo en periodos de parón por mantenimiento, vacaciones o alta demanda, como durante el Black Friday.
La entrega de motos se coordina directamente con el comercial durante la compra.
