The KTM license plate holder support is the part that carries the rear plate and houses the corresponding lighting, in a shorter version that sharpens the line of the bike's tail. This variant reduces the usual rear overhang, leaving a more compact, cleaner-looking end section.
It carries CCCUO_EU approval and is not available for the Japanese market. According to the manufacturer, this short version can also be fitted in combination with the side pannier kit, although in that case it is recommended to use smaller, shorter LED indicators to avoid interference with the panniers.
The photo shows a small, trimmed-profile part in a black finish, with the mounting holes and the recess provided for the license plate light and the rear indicators.
Fitting it visually shortens the bike's tail, giving a cleaner look than the standard license plate holder without compromising the approval needed for road use.
