This KTM headlight protector shields the bike's front light from impacts from stones, insects or branches, a solution aimed at riders who regularly travel on tracks or secondary roads and want to keep the headlight in good condition. It is a part designed to add to the Adventure's front-end protection without altering its appearance.
It is made from Makrolon, the same material used on KTM Factory Rally motorcycles, known for its high impact resistance. According to the manufacturer, this is a very stable, practically unbreakable material, and in the event of breakage it does not shatter into pieces, adding an extra margin of safety.
In the photo the part is shown in a clear tone, with a smooth surface and a contour that matches the profile of the headlight, making it almost invisible once fitted. This transparency keeps the original design of the headlight intact without adding visible bulk.
In everyday use, this protector cushions direct impacts from stones or other objects on the headlight lens, reducing the risk of breakage or scratching while riding, especially on tracks or unpaved roads.
