This KTM Wave brake disc for the front axle is built for those seeking the highest level of braking performance on track. With a diameter of 320 mm and ABE approval, it is a large-diameter disc aimed at high-displacement single-cylinder motorcycles.
Made from aluminium and stainless steel, it combines a high-performance outer ring for friction with the brake pads and an anodized inner ring, mounted via a floating system that prevents warping and vibration during braking. Thanks to this construction, the bite point remains highly precise across the full temperature range, with no fading, so braking power does not drop off either when cold or after repeated, demanding use of the brake.
