This KTM handguard kit is hand protection in an open version with a competition finish, intended for motocross and enduro riders who value lightness over full enclosure against the elements.
It is built from two-component plastic: a black central section with maximum break resistance, ensuring optimal protection against the strongest impacts, and upper and lower sections, in colour, made from a more flexible plastic capable of withstanding the most demanding stresses without cracking. Mounting is done via a special fixing directly onto the controls, and the set carries HOMNN_EU approval.
The photo shows the contrast between the black central core and the white tips, with an open, sharp silhouette, a matte finish surface and visible reinforcement ribs marking the area of greatest rigidity.
In use, it protects the hands and levers against branches, stones and falls, keeping weight to a minimum while preserving control feel thanks to the flexibility of its tips.
