The KTM washer for the chain tensioner is a small support part fitted between the tensioner bolt or shaft and the swingarm surface, spreading the clamping pressure and preventing direct metal-to-metal contact. It is part of the PowerParts drivetrain range and is commonly kept in the workshop as a spare part when servicing the chain.
It is a flat washer of small diameter, designed to fit in the tensioner housing without interfering with its travel. Its function is purely mechanical: it acts as a load-spreading element and protects the bearing surfaces during tightening of the tensioner assembly.
The photo shows a circular metal washer with a uniform surface finish and a central hole sized to match the tensioner shaft diameter. Its simple geometry, with no ridges or additional machining, is typical of a support and load-spreading part.
Within the chain tensioner assembly, this washer helps keep the clamping stable over time, preventing the bolt from marking or damaging the bearing surface and helping the chain tension stay within the intended setting.

Los envíos se realizan mediante transportista, con un plazo aproximado de 48 a 72 horas laborables para entregas nacionales. Los envíos internacionales pueden tardar entre 5 y 10 días laborables, salvo en periodos de parón por mantenimiento, vacaciones o alta demanda, como durante el Black Friday.
La entrega de motos se coordina directamente con el comercial durante la compra.
