This 15x15 M5x8 silent block is an anti-vibration element from the KTM parts catalog, used to mount bike components while damping engine and road vibrations before they reach the fixing point. It is a common part in the maintenance of fairings, brackets and auxiliary elements.
It combines a rubber body with a threaded M5 insert and an 8 millimeter mounting height, over a 15 millimeter outer diameter. This mixed construction allows the elastic part to absorb movement while the central core keeps the tightening point fixed.
