This KTM radiator hose is the rubber duct that carries coolant between the radiator and the engine, and is the part to fit when the original section has cracked, hardened or shows leaks at its joints.
It is a reinforced-wall rubber hose, able to withstand the pressure and temperature inherent to the cooling circuit. Its routing includes several bends and section changes to adapt to the path between both connection points, held at each end by the corresponding clamps.
The photo shows a black hose with a matte finish and smooth surface, with a pronounced S-shaped curve and ends of different diameters prepared to fit onto the radiator and engine fittings.
Replacing the worn hose with this part restores the tightness of the cooling circuit and ensures continuous coolant flow between the radiator and the engine.
