This complete cylinder with flange is a KTM PowerParts spare part designed for replacing the engine block, supplied with the intake flange already fitted to make direct installation easier.
The body is made from machined lightweight alloy, with air-cooling fins integrated on the outside and the inner cylinder where the piston runs, while the intake flange is fixed to the assembly forming a single piece ready to be fitted.
The image shows the matte silver finish characteristic of machined alloy, with the cooling fins standing out in relief and the dark-coloured intake flange attached to the side of the cylinder body.
By already incorporating the flange, this cylinder simplifies fitting onto the engine and reduces the number of loose parts to handle during the repair.
