This bushing is an original KTM replacement part fitted between two moving components or at a bearing point, protecting the base material from direct friction and guiding the mounting shaft or screw.
It is a machined cylindrical bushing, with a centered through-hole for the fastening element to pass through, manufactured to fit with the specified tolerance in its original housing and maintain the correct mounting clearance.
The photo shows its tubular shape with straight walls, square-cut ends and a uniform metallic finish on both the outer and inner surfaces.
Replacing this bushing when it shows wear or excessive play restores the original mounting precision and prevents that wear from being transferred to other components in the assembly.
