This engine guard is aimed at riders tackling enduro outings over rough terrain, where the crankcase and the lower part of the chassis are exposed to constant impacts. It comes in a black finish, matching the rest of the bike's components.
It is made from C-SMC (Carbon Sheet Molding Compound) with a thickness of 3 mm, a combination that delivers light weight without sacrificing impact resistance. It mounts directly onto the chassis and is separated from it by rubber mounts, which absorb vibrations and prevent metal-on-metal contact. The design is precisely fitted to the engine area, making for easy installation and a correct fit from the start, with a quality finish on every edge.
The image shows the guard in matte black, with the uniform surface typical of C-SMC and a shape that wraps around the lower and underside of the engine, following its contour.
Its purpose is to provide effective protection for the chassis and engine against impacts from rocks, roots or falls, keeping overall weight to a minimum thanks to the lightness of the material.
