This KTM frame protection set, in black, is designed to keep the bike's frame protected from the wear that comes with track or trail use. It fits onto the side of the frame, in the area that makes contact with the boots.
The manufacturer notes that this piece prevents frame wear caused by dirt, crashes or boot rubbing, and protects the pants and boots from burns on the exhaust side. It carries HOMNN_EU approval and comes in a black finish.
The photo shows a narrow-profile piece, shaped to match the frame, in matte black with a textured surface in the contact area that improves boot grip.
In use, this protector prevents frame deterioration from repeated boot contact and trail dirt, and reduces the risk of burns to pants and boots in the area near the exhaust.
