This headlight protector for KTM motorcycles is designed for enduro and cross riders tackling trails with stones, mud or low vegetation, where the front light unit is especially exposed to direct hits while riding.
It is made from impact-resistant clear plastic, a material that absorbs sudden knocks from gravel or branches without reducing headlight visibility or altering the colour of the light output. Its design allows for simple fitting, with no special tools or modifications to the bike's original fairing, and the assembly carries CCCUO_EU approval.
The photo shows a single curved panel that faithfully follows the contour of the light unit, with a smooth, fully transparent finish that does not distort the light output. The edges feature the mounting points needed to hold it firmly to the headlight assembly, with no play.
Fitted permanently over the headlight, it acts as the first line of defence against gravel strikes, stones thrown up by other bikes or contact with vegetation on trails and tracks, extending the life of the original light unit without needing replacement after every minor impact.
