This machined aluminium brake lever is designed as a replacement for the original part, offering a more refined finish and greater resistance to impacts, both for road use and on the track.
It is made from high-quality machined aluminium, with an anodized surface that gives it a uniform tone and protects against surface wear. It features adjustable span, so the brake lever travel adapts to the rider's hand size, and it is extremely light compared to a conventional stock lever. The articulated system allows the part to fold back in the event of contact with the ground, preventing the typical breakage of a rigid lever in a fall, something especially valued in intensive track use.
The photo shows the characteristic orange and black two-tone finish of KTM, with the anodized aluminium body, the tip in orange and the pivot visible at the mounting point on the brake master cylinder.
In track or road use, the span adjustment allows fine-tuning the distance to the grip according to the rider's preference, while the folding mechanism reduces the risk of damage to the lever after a fall.
